Purchasing terms and conditions

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

By completing the details and clicking the "submit" button on the order form you are offering to buy the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.

We will then confirm by email whether your order is accepted. It is only when you receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order is accepted that we have a binding contract.

Within the confirmation email, you will be provided with a download URL from which you can download your copy of French Property Secrets.

If you choose to print out the order form and send a cheque as payment, then the contract will commence when we issue an email confirming acceptance of your order along with the url address to start downloading your goods.

The contract to order exists between yourself and JoJaffa Limited, the publisher of French Property Secrets.

In addition either you or we shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 21 days from the date we accept your order.

In the event of termination we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us within 30 days and you shall delete / uninstall all items.

Abuse of our guarantee. In the case of someone who persistently orders products and requests refunds, JoJaffa Limited reserve the right to charge administration expenses incurred before refunding any monies due.

All orders are cleared by our secure server system in conjunction with WorldPay. This system uses the latest technology to ensure that your credit card details are secure and safe.

The right of Peter Jones to be identified as the Author of the Work has been asserted in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, England.
